Whats my Order Number?
You can find your Order Number in the following ways:
- Check the order confirmation email we sent you after your purchase.
- Log in to your account on our website.
Or email us at help@themukshop.com with your email address or phone number used at checkout, and we’ll locate your order in our system.
I submitted my request
Once your request is approved, the courier will contact you within 2 to 3 business days to arrange a pick-up.
If you need to reschedule, you have a 2-day window from the time the courier reaches out. Failure to complete this step will result in your request being invalid.
The size for exchange is out of stock
If the size of your item is out of stock but available in a different color, you can email us to request an exchange and we can assist with the process from our end, ensuring the desired color is in stock.
If your desired item, color, or size is out of stock, you may choose a different item from our website. If none of the available options meet your preferences, you can also request a refund through our return portal
I can't submit my request
This issue may be due to being outside the 5-day return window or because the item you are trying to return was on sale. If you are still within the return period, please email us immediately so we can assist you with your return.
My request was declined. What’s next?
If your request was declined, we will reach out via email to inform you of the reason for the invalidation. The returned item will be sent back to you, and shipping fees will be applied upon delivery. To prevent this outcome, please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Can I return discounted items?
Items purchased with discount are deemed final sale and cannot be processed for a return, exchange or credit.

Refund Request Fees
Standard shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Request Fees
- Pick-Up: Standard shipping fees will be collected when picking up the returned item.
- Replacement: Your replacement will be shipped free of charge.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 30 EGP will apply to all returned items. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns, including cleaning, repackaging, and restocking.
To avoid additional charges, please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Refunds
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Options
Refunds can be processed through bank account transfers, store credit, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, debit cards, and e-wallets. Please note that cash refunds are not available in accordance with courier policy.
How will I know my refund was issued?
Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the transaction.
