Yes, you can cancel your order. Please email us at help@themukshop.com your order number along with your cancellation request, and we will assist you promptly.

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, email us with your order details, including the email address and phone number used during checkout, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Currently, we only offer cash on delivery. If however you wish to pay using InstaPay, please inform your courier beforehand.

Orders are canceled when the shipping address is incomplete, in accordance with courier policy. To prevent this, please ensure that your complete address is provided during checkout.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed from Friday to Saturday will be shipped on Sunday.
