General Policy
All returns must be unworn in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.
Please submit your request within 5 days of receiving your order.
Sale Policy
Items purchased using discount codes or during sale periods are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Parcel Opening
We allow customers to open and inspect their parcels upon receipt.
We strongly encourage you to try on your items before finalizing payment to ensure they meet your expectations.

FAQs
You can find your Order Number in the following ways:
- Check the order confirmation email we sent you after your purchase.
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Email us at help@themukshop.com with your email address or phone number used at checkout, and we’ll locate your order in our system.
In case of Returns and Refund:
While choosing your refund options you will be asked to choose between Bank Account or Other.
*** Cash refunds is currently not available.
- Bank Account: Bank Name, Account Number, and Holder's Name and Phone Number.
- Other: Include InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and other E-Wallet Options.
*When using the 'Other' Option please write down which provider following your account information:
- Account Holder Name
- Phone Number
- Account Username ID
Refunds
- Standard shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange
- Pick-Up Fees: Standard shipping fees will be collected when picking up the returned item.
- Replacement: Your replacement will be shipped free of charge.
A restocking fee of 30 EGP will be applied to all returned items that are not defective or damaged.
This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns, including dry cleaning, ironing, repackaging, and restocking items.
Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging to avoid additional charges.
Once your request is submitted, the courier will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a pick-up.
Failure to return the item within 2 days of the courier’s contact will result in your request being invalid.
In case of exchange if your desired item, color or size is out of stock you have the option to choose a different item from our website.
*If however none of the choices align with your preferences, you have the option to request a refund from the Return Portal
This issue may be because you're outside the 5-day return window.
If you are still within this period, please email us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to assist you with your return.

After the courier picks up your returned item(s), it may take 3-5 business days for the items to reach our warehouse.
Once we inspect the return, we will process your refund right away and send you a refund confirmation email.
